For anything about your KF BUCKS eCard — a stuck Purchase or Reload, a lost or damaged card, or a question about a charge — write to us and we'll follow up.
At the festival
KF BUCKS is a stored-value gift card for the offline Korea Festa event, run by Good News New York Church. If you need help in person — checking a balance, or reaching a stall — look for a Korea Festa volunteer or staff table at the event.
