The rules for using the KF BUCKS eCard at Korea Festa.
What KF BUCKS is
KF BUCKS is a stored-value gift card for the offline Korea Festa event, run by Good News New York Church. It holds a balance you fund and spend at Korea Festa stalls. It is not a bank account, a credit product, a general-purpose payment card, or usable outside the event.
Your account
You sign in with your email address using a one-time six-digit code — there is no password. You are responsible for the email account you sign in with and for anyone you allow to use it.
Card Funding — Purchase and Reload
Purchase creates a new Korea Festa Card and funds it. Reload adds funds to a card you already own. Each Purchase or Reload must be between $1 and $300. You may own up to ten Korea Festa Cards, and make up to ten combined Purchase and Reload operations per day across all your cards.
Payment processing — Square
Square processes payment for every Purchase and Reload and is authoritative for your gift card balance and activity. Your payment card details are sent directly to Square and do not pass through our servers. The number on your card is a Square Gift Card GAN, issued and held by Square.
Refunds and disputes
We have not published a separate refund policy. If you believe you were charged in error, or a Purchase or Reload did not complete as expected, contact kfbucks@goodnewsny.church and we will look into it.
Closing your account
You can close your account in the KF BUCKS mobile app from Support → Close account, or request deletion by email. See the Privacy page for what closure does with your data.
